Who we are
NeuroSync AI Dynamics Pty Ltd operates SyncteamAI.com and Emotional-IQ, a scenario-based emotional pattern-recognition game. Emotional-IQ is not medical, legal, counselling, or professional advice.
Information we collect
Website visitors may submit a name, email address, enquiry, or support request. Emotional-IQ account users may provide an email address, pseudonym, optional country, and gameplay information such as puzzle attempts, answers, scores, streaks, preferences, and progress. Guest gameplay may remain only on the device. Purchase and entitlement records, advertising identifiers, and crash diagnostics are processed only when the corresponding release features are enabled.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, sync progress, operate gameplay, calculate aggregate stats and leaderboards, provide support, process deletion requests, maintain security, and diagnose app or website failures. We do not sell personal data.
Service providers and sharing
We use providers needed to operate enabled features, including Supabase for authentication and synced data, Vercel and Cloudflare for website delivery, Formspree for website enquiries, and website analytics tools. Sentry diagnostics, Google advertising, and Google Play billing apply only when enabled in the relevant app build. Shared Emotional-IQ results exclude scenario and answer text.
Notifications, advertising, and billing
Emotional-IQ can schedule a local daily reminder when enabled by the user. A release build may show ads or offer purchases only when those features are enabled and accurately declared. Premium billing is not currently available in the app release configuration.
Retention and deletion
Guest data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling Emotional-IQ. Signed-in users can delete their account in Settings -> Account -> Delete account or use the public account deletion page. Account profiles, progress, attempts, answers, streaks, preferences, and active entitlements are deleted. Minimal anonymized purchase records may be retained for refunds, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or billing audits; user links, purchase tokens, and raw purchase payloads are removed.
Children and audience
Emotional-IQ is not directed to children. The app uses generalized fictional scenarios and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis services.
