Emotional-IQ Account Deletion

Emotional-IQ lets users create an optional account to sync progress. You can request deletion of your Emotional-IQ account and associated app data using the in-app flow or the web request option below.

How to request deletion

In-app deletion

Open Emotional-IQ and go to Settings -> Account -> Delete account.

Web fallback

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Emotional-IQ account deletion request" and include the email address used for your Emotional-IQ account.

Data deleted

  • Account profile data
  • Synced gameplay progress
  • Quiz attempts and answers
  • Streaks
  • Preferences
  • App-owned synced Emotional-IQ data

Limited retained data

We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, refunds, legal compliance, or billing audit purposes. These retained records are minimized and are not used to restore gameplay progress.

Guest data

If you used Emotional-IQ without creating an account, your gameplay data is stored locally on your device. You can remove local guest data by uninstalling the app or clearing app data from your device settings.

Processing time

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days.
